Off to India..

I'm off to India people..

Can't wait to see how India has changed. I am sure I will have a good amount of things to say after I'm back. Until then.. may the force be with you.

I don't know if this is too late or not, but here's the list of authors/books:

(1) Claude Arpi (an expert on Tibet and Nehru's foreign policy).

(2) Sitaram Goel (on the Ayodhya issue)

(3) Eminent Historians by Arun Shourie.

(4) Francois Gautier (a French journalist and Indophile)

(5) Mark Tully (India-watcher and expert on the Punjab issue)

(6) I have never read him, but Swami Vivekananda might be interesting. He's a personal favourite hero of mine, till somebody tells me different. Shares my birthday, the unoriginal man.

Have a great stay in India and [with a nod to Simon and Garfunkel] ... remember me to the one who lives there, for she once was a true love of mine.

I speak, of course, of Monisha Koirala.
